Here is an example of what one window is and how we count window at 13.50 per window this includes washing the screens and cleaning out the tracks, if we need to use a vacuum to clean out the tracks because the tracks have not been maintained the price goes up to $16 per window!
One bay window in the middle with two windows sliding into the fixed window typically has two screens!
The most difficult / time consuming windows to clean are true French windows and doors, true meaning each individual pane is divided by an actual frame either wood or metal. In this example there are a total of 20 total panes @ $1.75 per pane to clean inside and out would be $35 to clean these windows shown in the picture.
We can count small fixed windows as 1/2 a window or 2 as 1 so if you have 4 of these types of windows that would be considered 2 windows as these windows typically don't have screens or tracks!
For large modern sliding doors each panel is considered a window so here this would be 4 total windows!
I am counting all these windows as 8 windows, four 45 degree angled windows that are usually really dirty and not easy to clean and the four lower windows below with screens on them
This would be considered 3 windows, one middle window with two panes, a screen and two tracks. The two top fixed 45 degree windows can be counted 2 as 1, the two side windows can also be counted 2 as 1 these windows do not have screens or tracks so they are easier and take less time to clean
